Betil's Terms and Conditions — Clear & straightforward

By accessing or using the Betil (betil.ws) website or mobile application, you automatically agree to these Terms & Conditions. These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between Betil and the user.

Betil reserves the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Users will be notified by email of any significant changes. Continued use of the platform after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

• These Terms are available in both Bangla and English. In the event of any conflict, the English version shall prevail.
• Betil's services are available to individuals aged 18 and above only.
• Residents of regions where online gaming is prohibited by law are not permitted to create an account.

To open an account with Betil, you must meet the following requirements. All conditions are mandatory, and providing false information will result in account termination.

• Age Requirement: Users must be at least 18 years old at the time of registration. A national ID or passport may be requested for verification.
• One Account Only: Each person is allowed only one account. If multiple accounts are found, all of them will be closed.

Betil may suspend or terminate an account under the following circumstances:

Users may request account closure at any time. Any remaining balance at the time of the request will be refunded after verification, though any active bonus balance will be forfeited.

For inactive accounts (no login or transaction for 12 months), Betil may deduct a maintenance fee of up to ৳50 per month until the balance reaches zero.
